What you're buying

Each plan is a prepaid eSIM data allowance for the countries, data amount and validity period shown on the plan page at the time of purchase. Plans are generally data-only unless stated otherwise.

Your device

You are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM and is not locked to another carrier before buying. See device compatibility.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are confirmed before payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe and cryptocurrency payments by Cryptomus. For cryptocurrency payments you must send the exact invoiced amount before the invoice expires; underpaid or expired invoices are not treated as completed payments.

Delivery

Your eSIM installation details are made available after payment is verified, on the payment confirmation page and through order lookup, and are sent to the email you provide.

Validity and activation

The validity period begins according to the activation policy shown for the plan. Unused data does not carry over after the validity period ends.

Network service

Service is provided over partner mobile networks. Coverage, speed and availability can vary by location and are not guaranteed in every area.

Fair use

Plans must not be used for unlawful purposes, resale, or in ways that harm the networks providing service.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
