What we collect

• Your email address and order details, to deliver your eSIM and let you retrieve it.
• Messages you send through the support form.
• Technical information needed to provide your eSIM, such as its ICCID and usage data.

Payments

We do not receive your full card details. Card payments are handled by Stripe and cryptocurrency payments by Cryptomus, under their own privacy policies.

On your device

Your packing list (selected plans) is stored in your browser's local storage so it survives page reloads. A temporary checkout reference is kept in session storage to prevent duplicate payments. Neither contains payment details.

Why we use your data

To perform our contract with you (supplying the eSIM), to meet legal obligations such as accounting, and to answer your support requests.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
