Refund policy

eSIMs are digital products issued specifically for you. This policy explains how we review refund requests; it does not limit your statutory rights.

Requests we review

• An eSIM that has not been installed or activated.
• A plan that could not connect at a covered destination despite correct device settings, after we have tried to resolve it with you.
• Duplicate charges for the same order.

Usually not refundable

• Plans that have been activated and used.
• Purchases for devices that do not support eSIM or are carrier-locked.
• Unused data remaining at the end of the validity period.

Cryptocurrency payments

Where a refund is approved for a cryptocurrency payment, the method and amount are confirmed with you during review, taking account of network fees.

How to ask

Send a request through the support form with your order number and a description of the issue. Each request is reviewed individually.
